Riaz Yar BDS, MFDS RCS(Ed), MPhil (Restorative)

Riaz Graduated from the Univesity of Liverpool in 1999. In 2005 following a time in running his own general dental practice he gained MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
In 2008 he completed an MPhil in Restorative Dentistry, which involved the study of stabilisation splints.
Riaz is currently completing MRD mono-specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Manchester where he is also an Honorary Clinical Teaching Fellow in Prosthodontics.
As well as being involved in prosthodontic teaching and the supervision of restorative dentistry research projects in Manchester, Riaz is an internal examiner for the Membership of Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons England. He is also an examiner for the overseas registration exam.
As well as currently completing the specialty prosthodontic training, Riaz has untertaken a Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies (DPDS) with the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Implant Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons.
