Neil Wilson BDS MSc MFGDP(UK) MFDS RCPS(Glas) MRD RCS(Edin)

In 1994 Neil was awarded the Diploma of Membership to the faculty of the General Dental Practice (MFGDP) and in 1999 he completed a Masters degree in advanced Restorative Dentistry and Implantology, and was awarded the MFDS by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
After completing his Masters degree, Neil spent a further four years on a specialist training programme, completing this in 2004 and was awarded a membership in Restorative Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. This allowed him to be awarded his completion of specialist training and his name was then placed on the General Dental Council Specialist list in prosthodontics.
For the past 7 years Neil has been undertaking research in implant dentistry at the Manchester Dental Hospital where he has just completed his PhD. He has also recently taken up a teaching position on the Masters degree programme at the renowned School of Dentistry at Birmingham University, where he teaches qualified dentists. As an international lecturer and mentor for some of the worlds leading implant systems, Dr Wilson also writes and submits clinical articles on a regular basis.
